Smoking: Please do not smoke in the apartments and in the stairways. extra guests: It is not allowed to host extra people, who have not been declared and accepted by the management, during the stay.

Little guests: we have some accessories that can be made available free of charge such as a high chair, stool, bath tub, changing table, bouncer and side rails. Please request them when booking because otherwise availability cannot be guaranteed.

Beach games and mattresses: if you don't leave them on the beach, there is a small enclosed terrace on the staircase where you can leave games, rafts or anything else that comes from the beach. Please remove excess sand. It is preferable to place them here than to leave them in the entrance for space reasons.

Strollers: they can be left at the entrance.

Linen: bed linen or towels or tea towels are not included. If needed, it is possible to rent them. €15 for sheets, €10 for towels. In the rooms you will find clean bedspreads. Blankets on request.

Bathroom, hair dryer, a mat for the shower.

In the kitchen, under the sink, containers for compulsory separate collection, broom, dustpan and basin. To wash the floors, do not use aggressive detergents such as bleach. There is an object that serves the purpose already loaded with water and sanitizing detergent, just spray and pass the cloth attached to the bottom.

In the living room, a laminated tablecloth, a 32' flat-screen TV with remote control. The Italian channels are satellite and there are also foreign channels that can be found by scrolling the channel button on the remote control backwards.

Washing machine: available, free of charge in the laundry room, on the mezzanine floor, during the day. There are sinks and drying racks. If necessary, you can bring a drying rack into the apartment which will be placed in the laundry room at the end of use.

Garden: it is forbidden for dog owners to do their business in the garden of the Residence because they are not welcome.

Dogs and Bau Bau Beach is about 5 minutes from us. Dogs can be brought along freely. It has sunbeds and umbrellas for a fee. It is possible to book it with us in agreement for € 100 per week.

Guest parking: parking spaces are available, one per apartment, under the pergola, in the shade. Access is from the Lungomare between the Antoniana hotel and the Serena hotel. Please park the cars in the suggested places and respect the spaces. Once the car is parked, you must always leave an anonymous note inside with your telephone and the apartment number, for any emergency or need, see you. we will provide it. If the parking is not to your liking, or you have very large cars, you can find a place in Viale Falconera or in the parallel streets, free of charge.

The parking in Viale Falconera under the canopy is reserved for the property and please do not use it except for loading and unloading. We can also arrive at night and it is necessary that it is always free. Final cleaning:

Cleaning is an important thing, it is necessarily carried out by us only € 60

The beach: it is very spacious, with umbrellas and sunbeds, 2 minutes from the Residence. It has games for the little ones, kiosks and volleyball nets. Tournaments are also held during the season. The Arenili Consortium provides a free service for children, who can play followed by authorized persons. For adults, there are gymnastics courses. For further information, ask the property directly. The beach also has a free wi-fi service for the first half hour and then for a fee.

Check in: scheduled from 15.00 to 18.00. In case of delay, please notify. You will be given an arrival time to be able to welcome you as best as possible.

HOW TO BOOK

Bau Bau Beach is about 400m from us. You can bring dogs freely. It has sun loungers and parasols for a fee.

Parking: parking spaces are available, one per apartment.

 Please park the cars, well, in the suggested places and to respect everyone's needs.

Once the car is parked, you must always leave an anonymous card with your phone and the apartment number for any emergency.
